By accessing or using our website, submitting enquiries, registering as a volunteer, or making donations through Razorpay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.

1. About Us

Mili Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in India and dedicated to community development, education, healthcare, and sustainable initiatives. All activities and communications are governed by applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility & Accountability

Users must be at least 18 years old or use the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to us is accurate and complete.

3. Donations & Payments

• Online donations are processed through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. All card, UPI, or bank details are handled directly by Razorpay.
• Donation confirmations and receipts/80G acknowledgements are sent to the email address shared at the time of payment.
• In case of failed transactions, Razorpay may automatically retry or reverse the amount to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Donations once made cannot be cancelled arbitrarily. However, if you made an error (duplicate payment, incorrect amount), please notify us within 48 hours at contact@milifoundation.in. Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay within 7-10 working days. Bank/card processing timelines may vary.

5. Program Information

We strive to keep program descriptions, images, and success stories accurate and updated. Nevertheless, on-ground conditions may evolve and certain details may change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, photographs, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Mili Foundation. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Usage

Users shall not engage in activities that compromise website security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or misrepresent association with Mili Foundation. Any suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to law enforcement and Razorpay for investigation.

8. Third-Party Links

External links (including Razorpay or social media pages) are provided for convenience. We are not liable for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavour to ensure secure access and accurate information, Mili Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or Razorpay payment services.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India, and governed by the laws of India.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may amend these Terms periodically to reflect legal updates, Razorpay compliance requirements, or organizational changes. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on this page.
